1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on the website at psigenei.com, the Test Manthan platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by PSIGENEI EdTech Services LLP ("PSIGENEI", "we", "us", or "our").
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase on the Platform, you ("you", "your", or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Platform, including subscriptions and digital products, are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 4 of this policy.
We encourage you to carefully review the details of any product or subscription plan, including its features, duration, and pricing, before making a purchase. Where available, you may explore free resources or sample content on the Platform to assess whether our offerings meet your requirements before committing to a paid plan.
3. Product-Specific Terms
3.1 Test Manthan Subscriptions
Test Manthan subscription plans (monthly, annual, or any other duration offered) provide access to the Platform's test series, question bank, performance analytics, and related features for the duration of the subscribed period.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you have used the Platform during the subscription period or not. Purchasing a subscription constitutes your agreement that the digital service has been made available to you from the date of activation and that you have received the benefit of the service.
If your subscription includes auto-renewal, you will be notified before each renewal charge. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle through your account settings or by contacting us at psigenei@gmail.com. Cancellation of auto-renewal will not entitle you to a refund for the current active subscription period but will prevent future charges.
3.2 Digital Study Materials
All digital products, including but not limited to PYQ ebooks, study guides, notes, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and the content has been made available to you (whether or not you have accessed or downloaded it).
Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds after delivery.
3.3 Future Products and Services
PSIGENEI may introduce additional products or services (such as premium courses, mentorship sessions, or other offerings) in the future. The refund terms applicable to such products will be communicated at the time of their launch and will be incorporated into this policy accordingly.
4. Exceptions
Notwithstanding the general non-refundable policy above, PSIGENEI will process a full refund in the following circumstances:
4.1 Payment Errors
If you have been charged more than once for the same product due to a technical or payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
4.2 Access Not Granted
If your payment has been successfully processed but access to the subscribed product or service has not been activated within 48 hours, and the issue is attributable to a fault on our end (not your device, browser, or internet connection), you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
4.3 Extended Platform Downtime
If the Platform experiences a continuous outage or technical failure lasting more than 72 hours that prevents you from accessing the services you have paid for, and the issue is attributable to PSIGENEI, you may request a full refund for the affected subscription period. Alternatively, PSIGENEI may, at its discretion, extend your subscription period by a duration equivalent to the downtime experienced.
4.4 Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive access to a product or plan that is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under any of the circumstances described in Section 4, you must:
- Send an email to psigenei@gmail.com from the email address registered with your PSIGENEI account.
- Include the following details in your email: your full name, registered email address, order or transaction ID, date of purchase, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots of error messages or payment confirmations).
- Submit your request within 15 days of the date on which the issue first occurred.
Refund requests that do not include the required information may be delayed or may require follow-up correspondence before processing.
6. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, via Razorpay.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of the approval of your request.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days after initiation.
- PSIGENEI is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment gateway, or any intermediary financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
To avoid ambiguity, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content, difficulty level, or teaching methodology after purchase.
- Failure to use the Platform or access the content during the subscription period.
- Inability to access the Platform due to issues with your device, browser, operating system, or internet connection.
- Suspension or termination of your account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Promotional, discounted, or special offer purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of the promotion.
- Partial use of a subscription (for example, requesting a refund for remaining unused months of an annual plan).
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting PSIGENEI to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so that we can resolve any billing concerns promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
PSIGENEI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted, unless otherwise stated.

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar, subject to the arbitration provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.
