- Educational Profile: Educational qualification, college or university name, degree, year of study, and target competitive examination(s) (such as CSIR NET, GATE, IIT JAM, GAT-B, DBT JRF, or others).
- Payment Information: Billing name, billing address, and transaction details processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. These are handled entirely by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Communication Data: Any messages, queries, or feedback you send to us through email, contact forms, or customer support channels.
- Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, test sessions attempted, questions answered, scores, accuracy, time per question, and syllabus or topic preferences.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyse Platform usage. See Section 6 (Cookies) for details.
